Certainly you will also have questions and concerns regarding your business relationship with our company concerning the topic “Coronavirus – Covid-19”.
With this information, we would like to address you as our valued partners and customers and seek open dialogue.
We, alwitra GmbH, take your questions and concerns very seriously and have implemented appropriate measures. These include, among others:
- Strict reporting obligations for employees who have been in crisis areas or have had direct contact with infected persons as well as those suspected of being infected
- The utmost hygiene measures which must be followed by our employees
- Completely controlled visitor access including instructions for external persons on hygiene measures in the building
- Pandemic and emergency plans for all employees, departments and locations
- Appropriate notices at information points in the company
Our production facilities, consulting and sales departments have been set up in order to ensure that your orders and requests can be reliably processed.
Employees from almost all departments can switch to home office and are available for you under the known contact details.
Our colleagues in the sales and technical field service have largely switched to telephone or online consultation. Externe travel activities for customer and construction site visits currently only take place if they are absolutely necessary in individual cases.
Please be assured that we will continue to be available for you and want to drive our projects forward together – always taking into account the individual situation in order to protect your employees and our resources from the risk of infection in the best possible way.
Some suppliers have advised us of possible supply bottlenecks. We are currently not yet affected by this. In order to be able to maintain the delivery situation on site for your customers, we ask you to plan your requirements with foresight.
