alwitra invests in surface finishing and adds colour to the profile
With innovative powder coating and finishing of the proven aluminium profiles, alwitra invests in the future: The state-of-the-art high-tech line has been exclusively designed and manufactured to the specifications and requirements of alwitra by Rippert Anlagentechnik GmbH. According to alwitra owner Mr. Joachim Gussner, this will guarantee sustainable quality of the aluminium profile product range as well as optimised technological processes: “We will double our coating and finishing capacities for our aluminium profiles. This is not a ready-made processing line. Indeed, the concept had to be specifically designed for our aluminium products, which are not mass products, but individual solutions in general.”
The powder coating technology is a high quality and proven method for coating the worldwide well-known alwitra aluminium profiles. Furthermore, the surface finish ensures extreme corrosion resistance and durability of the material. In addition, the line not only provides highest technological efficiency. Operation is also energy-efficient (heat recovery, no wastewater) and environmentally friendly (no use of solvents).
Aluminium profiles are available in almost any colour – from natural aluminium to all RAL CLASSIC colours. The new high-tech line adds colour to the alwitra profile.
The new powder coating line at the Trier plant, according to Mr. Joachim Gussner, once more highlights the technological expertise and the spirit of innovation of alwitra: “We are integrating our five decades of experience as a manufacturer of roof edge profiles with the technology of tomorrow. This project reinforces our expertise in individual concepts, aesthetics and design of roof edge profiles. Furthermore, it has the potential of becoming a trendsetter for the entire flat roof market.”
